If you already use Google Play Music on this device (e.g.: in Chrome), it does not affect your devices count.
Go into settings and choose the "Google (fallback)" theme. It is not actually a theme and thus does not apply any change to the original Google Play Music.
Depending on the change made by Google, some functions may not work for a while. In this case don't worry, an update will come as fast as possible! :)
